THE ASSIGNMENT

3s Media Solutions “TrainActive” is a new sales/work force training technique and technology.  Using online fully interactive and totally engaging “situation” videos and guides, your entire workforce can be trained in record time anywhere in the world!

This solution is low cost but extremely effective.  Trainees can utilize the training from their own homes, thus avoiding any negative impact on productivity in the workplace during working hours. Content control of the presented training is also important.  This is achieved by the fact that it is online, and therefore one adjustment at a central IT hub will immediately be reflected to the whole training workforce worldwide…instantly.

Utilizing the unique Hyperspots ™ interactive technology, making choices and simply clicking directly on product or customer, will open up a series of informational links and multi-layered secondary videos to walk the trainee through the entire process and afford them the opportunity of making sales decisions in a realistic, interactive but safe environment. The experience is also a more relaxing (and therefore productive) one for the trainee, not having to "perform" in front of superiors, yet still providing a virtual, one-on-one, interactive training.
